1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, booking services, or otherwise engaging with Luxurious Restrooms (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Provided
Luxurious Restrooms provides restroom trailer rentals, shower trailer rentals, and related sanitation services for events, job sites, and emergency response needs. Service availability is subject to scheduling, inventory, and location.
3. Quotes and Reservations
Quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer and are subject to change.
Reservations are not confirmed until a signed rental agreement and deposit are received.
Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Full payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept standard business payment methods (credit/debit card, ACH, or check, subject to approval).
Late payments may incur fees or result in cancellation of service.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within [X days – insert your preferred policy] of the scheduled service date.
Refund eligibility for cancellations outside this period will be determined at our discretion.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customer must provide safe and accessible placement locations for trailers, including adequate space, level ground, and utility hookups if required (e.g., water, power, septic).
Customer is responsible for obtaining any permits required by local authorities.
Customer is responsible for any damage to equipment while on site, excluding normal wear and tear.
7. Service Conditions
Luxurious Restrooms reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions exist.
Scheduled servicing (cleaning, pumping, restocking) will be provided according to contract terms. Additional servicing is available upon request and may incur extra charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Tennessee law, Luxurious Restrooms shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or utility outages.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services directly related to the claim.
9. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxurious Restrooms, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of customer’s use of the rented equipment or services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Tennessee.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the effective date noted above.
